Cancelled

In January I signed up for a "Portuguese for travellers" weekend course. I just got a phone call telling me that the course is cancelled due to an insufficient number of participants. What?! Isn't anyone else planning to travel to Portugal? And the course was supposed to start this Friday. Oh well.

Mm, are you planning to come to Portugal? :) I'm sorry that the course was cancelled though :( But if you ask for it, I'm sure plenty of Portuguese BCers will be willing to teach you some basic Portuguese :) Including me ;)

Thanks for the offer. I just found out that the Finnish Broadcasting Company (YLE) has "beginners Portuguese" material on their website - including video clips and exercises. I think I'm going to start with those. :-)
